By enrolling in the E-Commerce Launcher Program (the "Program") provided by Red Grey Digital Commerce Solutions ("we," "us," or "Provider"), you ("you" or "Participant") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. By applying to or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
The E-Commerce Launcher Program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and resources to start an e-commerce business. The Program includes:
In-Person Training: Four (4) days of in-person training sessions covering topics such as market research, product sourcing, platform setup, marketing strategies, and operational basics. Training will be conducted at a designated location, with dates provided upon enrollment.
Expert Support: Thirty (30) days of post-training support via email, phone, virtual meetings or communication platform to assist with implementing the launch plan.
Step-by-Step Launch Plan: A detailed guide, including templates, checklists, and recommended tools, to support the launch of your e-commerce business.
The Program is for educational purposes only and does not constitute business, financial, or legal advice.
To enroll in the Program, you must pay the full Program fee (the "Fee") as specified during the application process. Payment must be made via the designated payment methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) prior to the Program start date. Enrollment is complete only upon receipt of the full Fee.
You may request a full refund of the Fee up until the Thursday immediately preceding the Program start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@redgreyhq.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. No refunds will be issued after the specified Thursday, regardless of whether you attend or participate in the Program.
We do not guarantee the success, profitability, or any specific outcomes of your e-commerce business. The Program provides educational resources and support, but the success of your business depends on various factors beyond our control, including your efforts, market conditions, and external circumstances. You acknowledge that starting an e-commerce business involves inherent risks.
By participating in the Program, you agree to:
Attend all scheduled in-person training sessions unless excused in advance by us.
Comply with Program rules, including maintaining respectful conduct toward instructors and other participants.
Use Program materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use and not share, copy, or distribute them without our prior written consent.
All Program materials, including the launch plan, training content, and support resources, are our intellectual property and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal e-commerce launch efforts. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Program materials is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the Fee you paid for the Program.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Any amendments must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
